Check-in process was annoyingly slow with room not ready!!! Shower curtain needs replacement, and cleaning standards could be improved to avoid overlooked details!!! Wi-Fi signal unreliable at times!!!

I found the location ideal, with easy access to restaurants and a free shuttle to downtown. The breakfast was excellent, with eggs and beans, a nice touch compared to continental options. Room cleanliness impressed me, alongside the staff's willingness to provide extra towels and water. Wifi connectivity was troublesome at times, with some friends experiencing issues. On check-in, our room was not ready, causing a delay, and there were no towels in our room until much later. Finally, the bathroom had a persistent odor from the drainage that was quite bothersome. While I appreciated the amenities and the helpfulness of the staff, these issues did detract from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Had a nice stay! Breakfast offered plenty of choices. The AC kept things cool. Spacious room with comfy beds made for a decent night's sleep. A bit of a chaos with the wifi, though. Solid experience for a quick trip!

The wifi in the room wasn't working and the front desk staff wasn't able to solve the problem. They suggested solutions that did not work, and when they finally gave us a new password, it was someone else's name, which made us feel uneasy.

The staff's really good service, delicious on-site food, amazing pool, fantastic location with numerous dining options nearby and easy access to shopping centers and cinemas.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, situated on a popular street with easy access to major shopping centers and cinemas. The trip to the city center is just a short drive on the same road. The staff here are incredible, always willing to help and very courteous. We were impressed with the food, especially the delicious buffet breakfast that is cooked on the premises. The room amenities provided enhanced comfort, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and an in-room safe. The hotel also offers free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and free local telephone calls.

We highly recommend this place to families who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
